Satay Maranggi With Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredient

  • 200gr beef, diced
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • 1 pack of Saori Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 12 skewers
  • Addition: 3-4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

Method

  • • Fine spices: puree the onion, garlic, turmeric, & coriander.
  • • Heat cooking oil, stir-fry ground spices, add 1 pack of teriyaki Saori sauce, mix well, remove from heat.
  • • Mix the spices with the beef, mix well (I let it sit for 1 hour so that the spices absorb and the meat becomes more tender).
  • Soak the skewers in water, so they don't break easily when burned later.
  • Insert a skewer and then bake until cooked, remove and serve.
