Ingredients

  • 250 gr peeled prawns
  • 1 tg leek
  • 3 pcs white onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour/maizena
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • A little salt, pepper
  • 3 sheets of nori

Coating Flour

  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • Salt, broth powder
  • 100-120 ml of water

How to Cook

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, puree with a chopper
  • 2. Take 1 sheet of nori, give 4-5 tablespoons of dough, then roll and compact, cut into pieces according to taste
  • 3. Mix the coating flour ingredients, mix well, add the shrimp roll, then fry until cooked over medium heat, serve
