Ingredient

  • 1 chicken breast fillet, cut into squares
  • 2 shitake mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 grated carrot
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 cm geprek ginger
  • 1/2 onion cut into small cubes
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • Powdered chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • Cornstarch solution
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 egg beaten off

Method

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken, cook until pale.
  • 2. Add mushrooms, carrots, and onions, saute briefly.
  • 3. Pour in the water, let it boil, add the spices except sesame oil.
  • 4. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Let it explode. Pour in the eggs little by little while continuing to stir.
  • 5. Add the scallions and sesame oil. Serve warm
