Ingredients

  • 100gr La Fonte Spiral Macaroni – 210
  • 2 eggs beaten off
  • 1 bunch caisim cut into 2
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 200 ml of water

Ground spices

  • 10 red chilies
  • 2 big red chilies
  • 3 red bwg
  • 3 white bwg
  • 1 cm kencur
  • 1 pecan

How to Cook

  • 1. Boil 1/2 cooked macaroni then drain
  • 2. Scramble the eggs, then stir-fry with the ground spices, add a little water
  • 3. Enter the macaroni and caisim as well as salt, sugar, tomato sauce, hot sauce and taste correction.
  • 4. Seblak Macaroni is ready to be enjoyed warm..
