Ingredients

  • 500 grams of young jackfruit, boil it first so that the sap is gone
  • 100 grams of tolo beans soak overnight so they become soft when cooked
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 segments of galangal
  • 65 ml coconut milk
  • 50 gr palm sugar
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock

Ground spices

  • 10 shallots
  • 5 garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 8 pieces of candlenut
  • 2 red chilies

How to cook

  • 1. Saute the ground spices until cooked, then add the galangal & bay leaf.
  • 2. Enter the boiled jackfruit & tolo beans, then add the water & coconut milk
  • 3. Cook until cooked
