Ingredients for Baked Macaroni

  • 70 gr macaroni elbow, boiled, drained
  • 1 large egg
  • Sufficient tomato sauce
  • Sufficient mozzarella cheese

White Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 pc small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 300 ml liquid milk
  • 1 pc carrot, cut into small pieces
  • 2 lbs smoked beef, cut into small pieces
  • 50 gr cheddar cheese, grated
  • To taste salt, ground pepper, nutmeg powder, powdered broth and sugar
  • 1 tg celery, chopped

How to Make Baked Macaroni

  • * saute onions and garlic with margarine until fragrant, add flour, mix well. Add the liquid milk gradually while continuing to stir
  • * Enter carrots and smoked beef, add cheddar cheese and season, taste test. Cook until bubbling, add macaroni and celery, mix well, remove, let cool
  • * after cool, add eggs, mix well
  • * Arrange in an alfo cup / heat-resistant container, add tomato sauce / bolognese sauce if you like, finally sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  • * Bake until cooked
