Ingredients

  • 2 small bitter melons, cut into thick pieces, sprinkle with salt, squeeze then wash, drain
  • 1 board tempeh cut into 2 (fried 1/2 cooked)
  • 2 lime leaves (me:skip)

Ground spices

  • 6 grains of bawmer
  • 4 cloves bawput
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 sachet of instant shrimp paste
  • Sufficient gummer
  • 2 pieces of red chili
  • 1 large red chili
  • 2 pieces of chili
  • Salt to taste, mushroom broth
  • Enough water

How to cook

  • ️ Saute ground spices & lime leaves until fragrant, then add water, add bitter melon, cook until bitter melon is 1/2 cooked
  • ️ Enter the fried tempeh, add a little salt / mushroom broth, stir well, cook until the water shrinks, taste correction
