Chicken Bolognese Fried Vermicelli

Ingredient

  • 100 gr vermicelli soaked until soft then drain
  • 1 pack chicken bolognese pasta sauce
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 celery stick, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken or mushroom stock powder
  • 100 ml water

Seasoning Ground

  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp ebi, soaked in hot water until soft
  • 10 dried chilies, sliced

How to make

  • 1. Heat the oil and fry the ground spices until fragrant.
  • 2. Add water. Oyster sauce, soy sauce and powdered stock. Stir well. Add pasta sauce. Stir until well blended.
  • 3. Enter the vermicelli, scallions and celery, stir until well blended. Adjust the taste then remove and serve.
