Ingredient

  • 250 gr Korean Vermicelli
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 gr beef slice (sukiyaki meat)
  • 50 g red bell pepper, sliced
  • 30 gr ear mushrooms, soak in hot water, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 50 ml water
  • Mushroom broth to taste

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Marinated Beef Slice

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How to make

  • 1. Boil Korean vermicelli in boiling water until soft, drain, marinate with spices for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Mix the beef slices with the marinade for 15 minutes
  • 3. Heat a frying pan with oil, saute carrots, peppers and ear mushrooms until half cooked, set aside.
  • 4. Reheat the pan, stir-fry the onions and garlic until fragrant, add the beef slices, stir until they change color.
  • 5. Enter the vermicelli, water, stir-fry vegetables and give the mushroom broth, mix well. Cook until cooked and turn off the heat.
  • 6. Ready to serve
