Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast fillet, cut lengthwise
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 egg white

Coating Material

  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp tapioca
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Spices
  • salt, pepper

Method

  • 1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, leave for 30 minutes
  • 2. Add the egg whites, mix well.
  • 3. Coat with coating material.
  • 4. Fry until golden

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp munjung margarine
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Spices
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes SPICE
  • A pinch of powdered broth if you like

How to make sauce

  • 1. Heat the butter until it melts, add the other ingredients. cook until melted.
  • 2. Put in a container, put in the refrigerator. Let it harden
  • 3. Once hardened, stir butter until soft, serve with chicken.
