Mushroom Meatball Ingredients

  • 50 g ear mushrooms, brewed, cut into 2
  • 1 piece of tofu, cut into triangles

How to make meatball

  • 1. Put the chicken fillet and coarse salt in a food processor, egg whites, garlic, ground pepper, fried garlic, and fried shallots. Process until soft.
  • 2. Add sago flour. Process until smooth, soft and smooth. Add mushrooms, stir.

How to make gravy
