Materials

  • • 2 packs of Tofu
  • • 200 grams of ear mushrooms
  • • 4 cloves garlic
  • • 4 pieces of curly red chili / according to taste
  • • 1 stalk of leek
  • • 1 tsp chicken stock
  • • tsp ground pepper
  • • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • • enough hot water
  • • Sufficient plain water
  • • enough oil

How to make

  • 1. Minimize the beancurd and then soak in hot water for about 1 minute. If it's soft drain.
  • Then cut the ear mushrooms that have been previously washed to size according to taste
  • 2. Coarsely chop the garlic, thinly sliced ​​chilies, and sliced ​​scallions too
  • 3. Heat enough cooking oil, sauté the garlic first, if it is fragrant, add the chilies. Saute the chilies until completely wilted.
  • 4. Add the soaked ear mushrooms and beancurd. Give enough water, chicken stock, ground pepper, oyster sauce and green onions.
  • Cook again until the onions are wilted.
  • 5. Sauteed bean curd ear mushrooms are ready to be served
