1/2 green and red bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
2 stalks wanshui leaves (coriander)
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 large carrot, peeled and diced
250 gr peeled & diced potatoes
100 gr potatoes, peeled, steamed & mashed
5 bay leaves
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 red tomato, diced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tablespoons paprika powder or according to spicy taste
1/2 tsp black pepper, grind
2 tbsp oil for frying
1 liter of water
How to make
1. Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant, add paprika powder and meat. Stir until the meat changes color.
2. Add water, then cook until the meat is tender
3. Enter the other ingredients along with the spices. Cook until boiling. The thickness of the soup can be adjusted according to taste, it can be a bit thick or runny.
4. Stir until smooth then taste correction. Finally, add the wanshui leaves, simmer for a while and then remove.
5. Soup is ready to be served with baguette bread.
