goulash soup

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of ground beef or ribs
  • 75 gr macaroni
  • 1/2 green and red bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
  • 2 stalks wanshui leaves (coriander)
  • 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
  • 250 gr peeled & diced potatoes
  • 100 gr potatoes, peeled, steamed & mashed
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 red tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tablespoons paprika powder or according to spicy taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, grind
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 liter of water

How to make

  • 1. Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant, add paprika powder and meat. Stir until the meat changes color.
  • 2. Add water, then cook until the meat is tender
  • 3. Enter the other ingredients along with the spices. Cook until boiling. The thickness of the soup can be adjusted according to taste, it can be a bit thick or runny.
  • 4. Stir until smooth then taste correction. Finally, add the wanshui leaves, simmer for a while and then remove.
  • 5. Soup is ready to be served with baguette bread.
