Ingredient

  • 200 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Instant Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 125 ml Cold Water
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil

Stuffing

  • 2 Beef Sausages, thinly sliced
  • Bolognese sauce, to taste
  • 50 gr Mozzarella, grated

Complementary

  • Sambal sauce and mayonnaise to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, add water little by little, knead until the dough comes together.
  • 2. Add oil and salt, knead until elastic. Divide the dough into 10 parts, round and sprinkle with flour. Leave it for 30 minutes until it expands.
  • 3. Take the pizza dough, flatten it, give the filling then fold it. Pinch the edges of the pizza.
  • 4. Fry the dough until golden brown.
  • 5. Serve with chili sauce and mayonnaise
