Ingredient

  • 250 gr Shrimp Meatballs @seafoodlovers.japfa
  • 250 gr prawns
  • 1 board of white tofu, fried
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 scallion
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 1 segment of galangal

Ground spices

  • 7 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pieces of curly chili
  • 6 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 segment of turmeric

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

How to make

  • 1. Saute onions, ground spices, lime leaves, bay leaves, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant. Pour enough water.
  • 2. Enter the shrimp, sugar, salt, stock powder and pepper, cook half cooked.
  • 3. Add tofu, Shrimp Meatballs and sauce, cook until cooked.
  • 4. Pour in the beaten eggs while stirring and the spring onions, cook for a while and remove from heat. Ready to be served.
