How to make

  • 1. Puree the seasoning ingredients (bamer, baput, galangal, coriander, candlenut).
  • 2. Mix the ground spices into the chicken slices, add the brown sugar, mushroom broth, sugar, pepper and soy sauce, stir until smooth and let it soak for at least 15 minutes or you can leave it overnight in the fridge so that the spices will add to the marinade (so make it from tonight, just stab it and burn it). ).
