Carrot Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pc Corn, shelled
- 1 pc Carrot, cut into small dice
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 btr Egg, beaten off
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in enough water
- Enough water
- 1 tsp Mushroom broth @lemonilo
- 1 tsp Chicken broth powder @lemonilo
- A little white pepper powder @lemonilo
- Salt, sugar, soy sauce to taste
Method
- 1. Saute garlic until fragrant, add water and let it boil.
- 2. After boiling, add the corn and carrots. Add salt, sugar, pepper, mushroom broth, chicken stock powder and soy sauce.
- 3. Cook until it boils and the carrots are tender, then slowly add the beaten eggs while stirring with a fork.
- 4. Finally, add the cornstarch liquid while continuing to stir so it doesn't clump and settle to the bottom.
- 5. Stir constantly until it boils and the sauce thickens, adjust the taste, remove and serve warm.
