Carrot Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Corn, shelled
  • 1 pc Carrot, cut into small dice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 btr Egg, beaten off
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in enough water
  • Enough water
  • 1 tsp Mushroom broth @lemonilo
  • 1 tsp Chicken broth powder @lemonilo
  • A little white pepper powder @lemonilo
  • Salt, sugar, soy sauce to taste

Method

  • 1. Saute garlic until fragrant, add water and let it boil.
  • 2. After boiling, add the corn and carrots. Add salt, sugar, pepper, mushroom broth, chicken stock powder and soy sauce.
  • 3. Cook until it boils and the carrots are tender, then slowly add the beaten eggs while stirring with a fork.
  • 4. Finally, add the cornstarch liquid while continuing to stir so it doesn't clump and settle to the bottom.
  • 5. Stir constantly until it boils and the sauce thickens, adjust the taste, remove and serve warm.
