How to make Soto Bandung Masako

  • 1 Boil the meat for 20 minutes, remove the floating part, and strain the water from the meat stew
  • 2 Heat the vegetable oil, stir-fry the ground spices, spring onions, add bay leaf, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, and crushed garlic. Sauté the spices until fragrant.
  • 3 Enter the boiled meat, also add the water from the beef stew. Boil the meat until it's soft. Finally, add the radish, add the cooking meat. Cook for a while until the radish is a bit soft.
  • 4 Pour Soto Bandung into a serving bowl, sprinkle with fried soybeans, sliced ​​celery leaves, spring onions, squeezed with lime, and add chili sauce
