2 tablespoons brown sugar, I use sugar @edelweiss_umbuindo
3-4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp mushroom stock
Ground spices
12 cloves of red onion
6 cloves of garlic
How to Make Chicken Fried Sambel
Clean the chicken, add lime and cut into small pieces.
Saute the ground spices until cooked, when it is browned, add the chicken with brown sugar, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, mushroom stock and water until the chicken is submerged, cover the pan. If the water has shrunk, add the chilies, stir until the spices are absorbed and the chili is wilted. Taste test when it's right turn off the stove.
