Ingredient

  • 2 tuna fish
  • 5 pcs green chili
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 10 pcs big green chili
  • 10 pcs curly green chili
  • 10 pcs green chili
  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • 2 pcs lime
  • Adequate cooking oil

How to make

  • 1. Cut the tuna according to taste, then add salt and lime
  • 2. Fry the tuna until half cooked
  • 3. Puree the onion, garlic, and green chilies
  • 4. Saute the spices that have been mashed, give lemongrass and lime leaves
  • 5. Add salt and pepper powder, taste correction
