Ingredient

  • 5 sausages
  • 1 carrot, cut into 2
  • 10 stalks of chickpeas, sliced ​​2
  • 1 sliced ​​onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp golden curry
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in a little water
  • Salt, sugar, and powdered broth to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Heat a non-stick pan, add a little oil, add the sausage, cook briefly back and forth with the sausage. Remove, cut
  • 2. Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the carrots, mix well, add water and cook until the carrots are half cooked.
  • 3. Enter the golden curry, five spice seasoning, salt, sugar and powdered stock. Stir well
  • 4. Add sausage and chickpeas. Cook until done. Pour in the cornstarch solution, stir until thickened. Turn off the fire. Lift.
