Ingredient

  • 2 duck eggs
  • 1 tg leek, sliced

Spice

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and coarsely chopped
  • 1 red onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 pcs cayenne pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 pc tomato, coarsely chopped
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (can be replaced or added with tomato sauce, if you like)
  • Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used

Method

  • 1. Beat the duck eggs, then fry scrambled with a little margarine, set aside
  • 2. Saute onion, garlic and chili until cooked with margarine, followed by adding sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 3. Season with salt, sugar, mushroom broth, soy sauce and sauce, mix well
  • 4. Add about 250 ml of water, then mix well again
  • 5. When the water starts to boil, add the eggs and sliced ​​scallions
  • 6. Adjust the taste and serve while warm
