Ingredients

  • 100 gr minced chicken
  • 1 pc corn, shelled, partly in a fine blender
  • Canned asparagus to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten off
  • 3 pcs chopped white onion
  • 1/2 lb onion chopped
  • Water, salt, stock powder, sugar, pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in water

How to Cook

  • 1. Saute the white onion and onions until fragrant, add the chicken meat, stir until it changes color
  • 2. Enter the shelled corn, blender corn, water, salt, powdered broth, a little sugar and pepper, mix well, wait for it to boil
  • 3. Enter the cornstarch solution, stir until thickened, add the beaten egg while stirring evenly, turn off the stove, correct the taste, serve
