Home-style Mendoan Tempe
Ingredient
- 1 tempeh board, thinly sliced
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 1 tbsp sago flour
- 2 spring onions
- Salt, pepper, broth.
- Enough water to knead.
Fine Material
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 pecans
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds/powder
- tsp turmeric powder
The method
- 1. Mix together the smooth ingredients and the main ingredients.
- 2. Heat the oil, dip the tempeh. Fry until dry. Serve.
