Ingredients

  • 2 cm ginger sliced

Sauce

  • 1 minced garlic
  • 1 cm ginger, geprek (grated / sliced ​​also fine)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 300ml water
  • 25gr palm sugar
  • 30ml soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Complementary

  • Lettuce, Scallion, Fried Garlic that is Pureed

Method

  • • Wash the dory fillets, then coat with black pepper, sliced ​​ginger and salt, let stand 5-10 minutes.
  • • Prepare a steamer, put a baking paper on it, put the fish, steam for 10 minutes. Lift.
  • • Sauce: saute garlic, ginger until fragrant, add soy sauce, palm sugar, oyster sauce, water, black pepper, stir, cook until boiling, taste test, add sesame oil, remove.
  • • Arrange the lettuce, fish dory, flush with the sauce, sprinkle with scallions and fried garlic that has been mashed.
