Ingredients

  • – 500gr gravel
  • – 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce / to taste according to taste
  • – 1 bay leaf
  • – 2 lime leaves
  • – 1 sere
  • – a piece of galangal
  • – 100-150ml water
  • - salt powder powder to taste

Sambel Ingredients

  • – 8 red onions
  • – 4 garlics
  • – 10 curly red chilies
  • – 4 red chilies
  • – 1 red tomato
  • (chili can be adjusted to taste)

Method

  • - wash the gravel
  • - Boil the kikil until soft, set aside
  • - stir-fry with oil, chili seasoning ingredients
  • – then puree, can be pulverized / chopper
  • - heat enough oil, add the ingredients for the sambal, stir
  • - add salt, enough powder broth, mix well
  • - enter the bay leaf, lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal
  • - enter kikil
  • - add water and soy sauce
  • - stir well cook until cooked and absorbed
  • – taste check
  • - made and ready to be served
