Macaroni Meat Soup Ingredients

  • 300 gr beef shank
  • 100 gr macaroni
  • 1 potato, peeled, cut into 2
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into 2
  • 25 gr chickpeas, cut into 2
  • 1/2 clove of onion, sliced
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 piece flower
  • Salt, sugar and powdered broth to taste
  • 1000 ml water
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 nutmeg

How to Make Macaroni Meat Soup

  • 1. Boil macaroni with 1 tsp salt until al dente, strain and set aside.
  • 2. Boil the meat for 5 minutes, discard the water, and boil again with the new water until the meat is tender.
  • 3. Sauté the onions then the ground spices cook until fragrant, add the cardamom, cloves and star anise and stir-fry again.
  • 4. Put the stir-fried spices into the beef stew. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook until cooked, add chickpeas, add salt, sugar and powdered stock.
  • 5. Add macaroni. Bring to a boil and add the scallions. Then turn off the fire.
  • 6. Macaroni beef soup is ready to be served
