What's in Soto Lamongan?

What is Soto Lamongan like?
The hallmark of this Soto Lamongan is its yellow sauce. the taste is more delicious because of the various spices in it. Soto soup which is clear yellow in color with a savory and distinctive taste made from fine spices, such as garlic, coriander sangria, pepper, roasted candlenut and turmeric.
Ingredient
- 500 gr chicken breast
- 2 liters of water
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp mushroom stock/flavour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper powder
Spices
- 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised
- 7 lime leaves
- 4 bay leaves
Ground spices
- 9 garlic
- 9 onions
- 3 segments of turmeric
- 2 slices of ginger
- 2 segments of galangal
- 5 pecans
- 1 tsp coriander powder
Supplementary material
- Cabbage, thinly sliced
- Soun that has been soaked in hot water, drain
- Lime
- Sweet soy sauce
- Tomato if you like
- Boiled eggs if you like
Koya Material
- Finely blend 7 cloves of fried garlic and
- Prawn crackers to taste.

Sambal Ingredients
- 20 Red Cayenne Pepper, boil until wilted, then blend until smooth.
How to make
