Meatball Steam Ingredients

  • 250gr ground beef
  • 6 large prawns coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves of grated garlic
  • 2 cm grated ginger
  • 1/2 onion coarsely chopped
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (can't skip)
  • Salt, pepper
  • 3 tbsp tapioca / sago
  • 1 egg white

Additional Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicory sliced
  • Grated carrots

How to Make Steamed Meatballs

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients above, form balls
  • 2. Arrange the mustard greens on a plate with a little salt. Put the meat balls on top, sprinkle the grated carrots on top.
  • 3. Steam for 20 minutes or until cooked
