Ingredient

  • 1 carp, smear with lime, leave for a while. Cut, fry.
  • 1 small taro, cut into 2
  • 1 sliced ​​radish
  • 3 pieces of mustard greens cut into 2
  • 3 lbs chicory cut into 2
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 1 tbsp angcao (red sticky rice tape)
  • 2 celery stalks, bunch
  • Powdered broth
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper
  • 100 ml fresh milk
  • Enough water

Method

  • 1. Sauté the garlic, ginger and angcao until fragrant. Add taro, radish and salted vegetables, mix well. Add the spices, except the sesame oil.
  • 2. Pour enough water. Let it boil and everything is tender.
  • 3. Add fish, chicory, celery and milk. Bring back to a boil.
  • 4. Add sesame oil, serve warm
