Ingredient

  • 200 gr ground beef (you can use chicken)

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 100 gr tapioca
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp beef stock
  • 50 ml ice water

Soup Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Fried Garlic
  • 1 spring onion, cut into 2
  • 1 stalk of celery, tie a knot
  • Salt, pepper, stock to taste
  • Enough water

Step

  • • Cut the tofu in 2, dredge the middle, dredge the tofu into the meat mixture.
