Meat Ball Ingredients

  • 350 grams ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄4 Bombays, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground pepper

Stew Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 kg potatoes, diced
  • 750 ml of water
  • 1 tomato
  • 1⁄2 Bombays, finely sliced
  • 4 cloves of red onion, finely sliced
  • 4 red chilies, finely sliced
  • 1 segment of ginger, crushed
  • 4-5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • Salt, sugar, pepper to taste

How to Make Meatball Stew

  • 1. Mix all the meat ball ingredients. Only half cooked.
  • 2. Sauté the onion until wilted, add the red onion and chilies.
  • 3. Add water and meat balls, cook until boiling
  • 4. Then add the potatoes and other spices, taste.
  • 5. Cook until the stew spices seep into the meatballs.
  • 6. Finally, add the tomatoes.
