150 gr wheat flour

How to make
1. Cook margarine, water and salt until it boils, turn off the heat, add the flour. Stir quickly until smooth, turn on the fire, cook briefly while stirring, remove and cool.
2. Enter the eggs one by one while beating. The dough will be thick and dense.
3. Pierce the sausage with a skewer, set aside. Take a little dough, flatten it. Wrap the sausage with the dough until it is evenly covered.
4. Coat in breadcrumbs / panko, fry until golden brown, remove and drain.
