Ingredient

  • 4 pieces of Tuna Fish Sausage @bekalboss.id
  • 4 pieces of Salmon Fish Sausage @bekalboss.id
  • 4 pieces of Vegetable Chicken Sausage @bekalboss.id
  • 125 gr margarine
  • 200 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150 gr wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Skewers

Complementary

  • Panir flour / panko (layer)
  • Chili sauce
  • mayonnaise

How to make

  • 1. Cook margarine, water and salt until it boils, turn off the heat, add the flour. Stir quickly until smooth, turn on the fire, cook briefly while stirring, remove and cool.
  • 2. Enter the eggs one by one while beating. The dough will be thick and dense.
  • 3. Pierce the sausage with a skewer, set aside. Take a little dough, flatten it. Wrap the sausage with the dough until it is evenly covered.
  • 4. Coat in breadcrumbs / panko, fry until golden brown, remove and drain.
  • 5. Serve with chili sauce / mayonnaise.
