Ingredient
- 1 large board of semangit tempeh (tempe that has been left at room temperature for 2 days)
- 250 gr fresh prawns
- 2 handfuls full of box crackers
- 1 small sachet of instant coconut milk
- 10 cloves of red onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 7 pieces of red chili
- 5 curly red chilies
- 3 large red chilies
- 2 hazelnuts
- 3 lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 index finger kencur
- 1 segment of galangal thumb
- 1/2 small size brown sugar
- Salt, sugar & powdered mushroom broth to taste
- Enough water
How to make
- 1. Boil the tempeh, duo of onions, chilies, candlenut, lime leaves, bay leaf, kecur & galangal.
- 2. Remove the onion, chili, candlenut, kencur & galangal. Puree.
- 3. Put the ground spices back into the tempeh stew.
- 4. Enter the crackers, cook hung, not soft crackers.
- 5. Enter the shrimp, cook until it changes color.
- 6. Finally, add the coconut milk, stir until it boils again.
- 7. Adjust taste & serve.
