Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. – 10 pieces of curly red chili / according to taste
– 6 pieces of cayenne pepper / according to taste

How to make ;
1. Saute ground spices until fragrant then pour enough water, add lemongrass and bay leaf, bring to a boil.
2. Season with sugar, salt, sweet soy sauce and tamarind water. Taste correction.

4. Just before serving, add the tomatoes, leeks and basil leaves. If I like the basil leaves are added after the stove is off but the sauce is still warm. So it's still crunchy.
