Ingredient

  • - Enough water
  • - boiled eggs to taste
  • - fried tofu to taste
  • - sliced ​​tomatoes
  • - Basil leave
  • - spring onions, cut into 2
  • – 1 pc cucumber cut into 2
  • – 3 lemongrass stalks
  • – 3 bay leaves
  • - enough tamarind water
  • - sweet soy sauce to taste
  • - sugar and salt to taste
  • – chili in slices 2

Ground spices

  • – 10 pieces of curly red chili / according to taste
  • – 6 pieces of cayenne pepper / according to taste
  • – 7 cloves of red onion
  • – 5 cloves of garlic
  • – 2 segments of galangal
  • – 2 segments of ginger
  • – a little turmeric

How to make ;

  • 1. Saute ground spices until fragrant then pour enough water, add lemongrass and bay leaf, bring to a boil.
  • 2. Season with sugar, salt, sweet soy sauce and tamarind water. Taste correction.
  • 3. Enter the boiled egg, fried tofu and cucumber, cook for a while.
  • 4. Just before serving, add the tomatoes, leeks and basil leaves. If I like the basil leaves are added after the stove is off but the sauce is still warm. So it's still crunchy.
