- dry vermicelli
- Shrimp

Peanut sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 clove garlic size kcl
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 80 ml of warm water
Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1 clove of chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon/lime juice
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water
Method
- 1. Mix the peanut sauce ingredients in a fine blender until it becomes a paste, ready to serve
- 2. Mix the sweet and sour sauce ingredients except for the cornstarch, cook until boiling, pour the cornstarch solution
- 3. Boil the vermicelli until cooked drain
- 4. Cucumber matchsticks remove the seeds
