Ingredient
- 5 pieces of curly chili
- 10 pieces of red chili (according to taste)
- 5 red onions
- 1 tomato

- Salt to taste

How to make
- 1. Slice the onion finely. set aside
- 2. Dice the tomatoes. set aside
- 3. Puree red cayenne pepper and curly red chili, add the shrimp paste
- 4. Put the clay mortar on the stove, pour the oil.
- 5. When the oil is hot, add the shallots, wait until fragrant and wilted, then add the chili paste, wait until cooked, add the tomatoes, stir and wait until the tomatoes wilt. Add salt and sugar, stock powder, taste correction.
- 6. Turn off the stove, wait a moment then lift the mortar.
- 7. Serve the sambal gami along with the side dishes.
