Sardine Cakes

Ingredient

  • 3 large potatoes, cut into fried, mashed.
  • 1 can of sardines 155gr @bantan.id
  • 1 tbsp fried onions
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Powdered broth
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 egg yolk

Method

  • 1. Drain the sardines from the sauce, remove the bones. Puree. Do not throw away the gravy.
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients above and the sardines, form a flat round, dip in egg white, fry.
  • 1.Heat the sardines, add the scallions, tomatoes. Add salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the gravy is thick. Lift.
  • 2. Serve the cakes with the dipping sauce.

  • Sardines
  • 1 small diced tomato
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (or to taste)
  • Salt
