Sardines With Coconut Milk

Ingredient

  • 1 large can of sardines @bantan.id
  • 2 pieces of potato cut and fried
  • Soun / laksa sufficiently

Spice

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pc onion sliced
  • 1 pc paprika (red chili can also be used)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 500 ml thin coconut milk (I use 60 ml instant coconut milk mixed with water)
  • Salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste

Method

  • Stir-fry seasoning add coconut milk and add other spices
  • After boiling, add the vermicelli, then 1 can of sardines, all with the sauce, then add the fried potatoes
