Ingredients

  • 1 pack @sosisbigfarm spinach & cheese sausage
  • Instant pastry skin
  • Mozarella cheese
  • Egg yolk for greasing

How to make

  • 1. 1 pack of Spinach & Cheese Sausage @sosisbigfarm cut into 2
  • 2. Cut the pastry into quarters
  • 3. Put the sausage on it, then cut the pastry skin sideways with mozzarella on top of the sausage. Brush the egg yolk in the folds of the pastry shell. Then fold over the pastry skin until the sausage is covered with the pastry skin. Brush the top with pastry skin
  • 4. Bake at 200 C for 15 minutes until cooked. Adjust each oven.
