Ingredients

  • 500 gr lung
  • 1 pc lime
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 2 segments of ginger, crushed
  • pinch of salt

Unkep Seasoning

  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • Salt, mushroom broth to taste

Sauteed Seasoning

  • 10 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 7 green chilies
  • 4 lime leaves
  • Salt, sugar to taste

Cooking Steps

  • • Coat the lungs with lime, then boil until cooked, cut into thin strips.
  • • Puree the garlic and coriander, uncover the chopped lungs without adding the remaining ingredients until the water shrinks.
  • • Fry the lungs, then stir-fry all the ingredients for the stir-fry, add the fried lungs. Taste test and ready to serve
