Sauteed Bean Tofu Tempe

Ingredient

  • 200 gr tempeh
  • 10 pieces of tofu
  • 100 gr chickpeas
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 5 pieces of curly chili, sliced
  • 75 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 hazelnuts
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

How to make

  • 1. Tempe and tofu, cut according to taste. Then fry, remove and set aside.
  • 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute the ground spices then add the galangal and bay leaves and red chilies. Cook until fragrant and leaves wilt.
  • 3. Enter the fried tofu, and the chickpeas. Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and mushroom broth. Stir well
  • 4. Add water until it boils. Turn off the fire and lift
  • 5. Ready to serve
