Ingredient

  • 250 gr prawn meat
  • Shrimp tail
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp munjung sago tani
  • 5 cloves of chopped red onion
  • Pepper, salt, mushroom seasoning to taste
  • Oil for frying

The method

  • 1. Finely chop the prawns.
  • 2. In the basin, stir all the ingredients together. Take a spoonful of the batter with a skewer with a prawn tail. Do it until it's finished.
  • 3. Fry in medium hot oil until golden brown then remove and serve with red vinegar.
