Ingredient

  • 3 bitter melons
  • 4 large red chilies, sliced ​​oblique
  • 50 ml tamarind water
  • 100 gr chicken bolognese pasta sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Softened seasoning

  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 pack of shrimp paste
  • 6 cayenne pepper
  • 2 cm turmeric

How to cook

  • 1. Clean the bitter gourd that has been split, then remove the seeds and slice. Sprinkle 2 tbsp salt and knead. And let stand for 30 minutes. After that flush with running water while kneaded to get rid of the bitter taste.
  • 2. Heat a frying pan then add 2 tablespoons of oil, fry the ground spices until fragrant. Then add the pasta sauce. Stir well
  • 3. Add bitter melon, tamarind water and chilies. Stir well cook until cooked. Then taste correction. Lift and serve.
