Ingredients for Sauteed Pare Eggs

  • 1 large bitter gourd
  • 1 egg
  • 5 cloves of red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 large red chili, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste

How to Make Stir-fried Pare Eggs

  • • wash the bitter gourd, cut into 2, remove the seeds.. cut into thin slices, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salt, knead until the water comes out, then wash the bitter gourd 3 times, squeeze and drain
