Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1. Bring 750 ml of water to a boil, when it boils, add the quail eggs. Boil for 7-8 minutes. If you have changed the water then let it sit for 10 minutes or until the quail eggs are cold, if the eggs have cooled they can be peeled. If you peel it when it's hot, you're afraid your hands will scald and the eggs will be crushed. When you have finished peeling the eggs, set them aside.
2. The next step is to crush the garlic and then chop it roughly. Slice the scallions thinly or according to taste, for the onions, roughly chop the shape like chopped, and lastly the chilies are sliced thinly oblique
3. Heat enough cooking oil about 10 ml. When it's hot, fry the garlic. Saute until fragrant then add 500 ml of water, chicken stock, ground pepper, sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well, if it is evenly distributed, you can add the eggs that have been peeled clean. The period or allowed to stand until the water shrinks a little about 3/4 while occasionally turning it around so that the color is more evenly distributed.
4. If the water has shrunk a little, you can add the chopped onions and curly red chilies. More time until the onions are wilted and the water has reduced.
