Savory Bread Pudding

savory bread pudding

Ingredient

  • – 6 slices of white bread
  • – 200ml liquid milk
  • - 1 egg
  • – 30gr margarine (melted)
  • – 80gr grated cheese
  • – 2 beef sausages, cut into small pieces
  • – 1/2 tsp salt
  • – 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • – 1/2 tsp stock powder
  • – 1/2 tsp oregano

Toppings

  • – melted cheese / mozzarella
  • – dry parsley

Method

  • - cut into small pieces of white bread, set aside
  • – In a container, pour the liquid milk, eggs, liquid margarine, salt, pepper, powdered stock, oregano, grated cheese
  • Stir well
  • - add sausage and bread mix well
  • - pour into a heatproof cup
  • - top with melted cheese + sprinkle dry parsley
  • – Bake 20 minutes at 180° / adjust your oven
  • (The oven is preheated)
  • - ready to be served with chili sauce
