Ingredients

  • 6 lbs of chicory, boil briefly

Material contents

  • 200gr ground chicken
  • 5 large prawns cut into 2
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 onion cut into small dice
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp tapioca
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients above, wrap with mustard greens, steam for 20 minutes until cooked
  • Heat all sauce ingredients, cook until bubbling and thick. Remove and pour over the mustard

Sauce Ingredients (Mix So One)

  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pepper
  • Water 150 ml kurleb
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
