Ingredient

  • 1 ekr tuna pindang
  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • Slice seasoning:

  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 6 pcs red bird's eye chili, sliced
  • 6 pcs green curly chili, sliced

Other Seasonings

  • tsp salt
  • tsp mushroom broth
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 rs of galangal
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste
  • Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used

Method

  • 1. Fry the pindang fish until browned, then shredded
  • 2. Sauté the sliced ​​spices until fragrant, add the galangal and lime leaves
  • 3. After the spices are cooked, add the shredded fish and mix well
  • 4. Add salt, mushroom broth, sugar, sweet soy sauce and enough water, then stir again
  • 5. Adjust the taste and when the water is a little stale, add 1 handful of basil, turn off the stove and stir quickly
  • 6. Ready to serve with warm rice
