Spicy Stir-fried Spaghetti

spicy stir-fried spaghetti

Ingredient

  • 100 gr spaghetti, boiled until aldente, remove and set aside
  • 100 gr beef slice (thin meat for Yakiniku)
  • 2 pieces of tofu cut into squares
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 100 ml water or according to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground beef stock
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • (Paprika can be substituted with big red/green chili)
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

How to make

  • - heat the oil and fry the onions until fragrant, add the paprika, meat and tofu, stir until the meat is cooked.
  • - add all the spices, cook until well blended then adjust the taste.
  • - Finally add the spaghetti, stir briefly, remove and serve.
